The Supreme Court of Brazil submits an ultimatum by five o'clock on Friday, in which Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will enter prison, otherwise he will face arrest.
German newspaper DWI, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for corruption.
In fact, Luiz has been taken into custody since July 2017, asking for the court to delay the trial against him.
If Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva was sentenced to 12 years in prison, he must be 84 years old.
The case against Luiz is the same as the case of ex-President Dilma Rousseff who has already been convicted of a fraudulent case involving a state-owned realtor to a construction company from Argentina.
